F.H. "Sammy" Ross, Jr. Center, Hemby Pediatric Trauma Institute and Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) have joined together to create a regional system combining transportation, treatment and rehabilitation for trauma victims. The services of CMC's F.H. "Sammy" Ross, Jr. Center and Hemby Pediatric Trauma Institute are available to healthcare providers and patients throughout the Carolinas. With state-of-the-art equipment and specially trained and experienced in-house physicians, the trauma program at CMC is ready to receive and care for patients 24 hours a day.
