Our Services
The Department of Sports Medicine and Special Events at Carolinas Medical Center offers safe, comprehensive and quality patient care coverage for all types of indoor and outdoor sporting and non-sporting events in and around the Greater Charlotte area. We customize our coverage to include a wide range of medical providers including emergency medical technicians, paramedics, registered nurses, X-ray technologists, athletic trainers and physicians.

We provide onsite coverage and advanced life support medical transportation in fully equipped ambulances with paramedic staffing. Our staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
