Carolinas Physicians Network (CPN) includes over 600 physicians and over 100 other practitioners of CPN practice in urban, suburban and rural settings throughout North and South Carolina. They specialize in family practice, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, emergency medicine, urgent care, and subspecialties such as cardiology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, rheumatology, oncology and endocrinology.

Assist physicians and MLPs with patient care, clerical, environmental and organizational tasks. Provides information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from practice services. May be assigned to a specific specialty to help with patient care related to that specialty.
High school graduate or equivalent. In addition, must possess one of the following: Completion of LPN program with current, valid license, valid CMA/RMA designation, or formalized training in one of the following areas: Completion of Accredited Medical Assistant program, Graduate of accredited RN/LPN program, board-eligible, non-licensed, EMT or Paramedic program or structured military training which is clinical in nature per DD214.
