• Full-Time, 9a -9p or 11a -9p with minimum weekend call
• Full –Time, 7a -7ap with minimum weekend call
• PRN (as needed)
Position functions as a scrub assistant providing direct and indirect patient care. Completion of a recognized Surgical Technologist program. Certificate and experience preferred.

Carolinas Medical Center – University located in North Charlotte, is the largest hospital in University City, North Mecklenburg and Southwest Cabarrus. Our new Maternity Center has 28 private labor, delivery and recovery (LDRP) rooms, eight neonatal care beds and four observations rooms. We also feature a dedicated entry for quick and easy access to the new center. Additional classroom space is also available for lactation consultation and childbirth education programs.
We currently have opportunities for full-time 7p-7a and weekender 7a-7p in the NICU. Level III NICU experience required.
We also have 2 weekender positions, 7a-7p and a full-time weekend 7p-7a, in the Maternity Center. Incumbents will cross train in Labor & Delivery and Mother/Baby. Maternity, critical care or Emergency Department background highly desired. Solid critical thinking skills are required.

Carolinas Hospitalist Group is an internal medicine practice made up of physicians who provide 24 hour patient care to patients at CMC, CMC-University, CMC-Mercy and CMC-Pineville.
This practice is in need of a Registered Nurse Clinician who will facilitate the effective delivery of competent, compassionate care by monitoring and evaluating patient care processes and outcomes. Responsibilities include educating the patient and family members about the role of the hospitalist group, coordinating clinical staff nursing functions such as patient teaching, ensuring prescriptions and medical reconciliation forms are complete and accurate, providing to patient follow-up needs, and completing a variety of other tasks as needed.
A current NC RN or compact state license is required and a minimum of 3 years of acute hospital experience.
Positions currently open include one fulltime opportunity at CMC University and one PRN position at CMC.

Will be working with fast growing pediatric cardiovascular surgery population as well as pediatric intensive care patients who can have medical and surgical diagnoses. Functions as a clinical expert, consultant, educator, leader, and researcher. Works in partnership with the multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate the holistic plan of care for the patient and family to achieve optimal outcomes consistent with our organizational philosophy. Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Current licensure to practice as a RN or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of NC. MSN required. Certification in specialty area preferred. Teaching program development and multiple project management experience. 3-5 yrs exp required.
