The deadline for receipt of applications is November 15, for the internship year which begins in early July the following year.
Completed applications must include:
- Completed AAPI application
- Curriculum Vita
- Official Graduate Transcripts
- Three letters of recommendation
- Psychological Assessment sample report
(A Carolinas HealthCare System application must be completed after a successful match.)
